Installation
The installation process of WordPress is pretty straightforward and can be done by almost everyone. There are countless instructions on how to proceed and on the requirements for the web server.
However, configuring the WordPress installation afterwards, many important things have to be taken into account so that later, for example, there are no difficulties with search engine optimization. The selection and configuration of functional extensions (plugins) and design templates (themes) can also have a major impact on search engine ratings, page loading times and the error-free function of the website.
We also help with selecting and setting up high-quality themes and all the necessary plugins (e.g. search engine optimization, loading time optimization, linking to social networks, visitor statistics).
Maintenance
Maintenance of WordPress projects over a short or long period of time. We conclude maintenance contracts for three months, six months or a year.
What's included?
- Upgrade the installation as soon as a new version of WordPress becomes available.
- Back up of all content before the upgrade, but at least once a month.
- Plugins are also updated at least once a month or immediately when security updates become available.
- Regular scanning of the installation for possible security gaps.
- If we notice any problems, possible security gaps or the like, we will inform you of this and discuss necessary steps with you.
- Adjustments to the design, setting up additional plugins or performance optimization can also be part of an individual maintenance contract.
Themes
If you don't want to use an off-the-shelf WordPress theme, basically any design in the form of a screen design or HTML can become a WordPress theme.
An almost unlimited selection of free and paid WordPress themes are waiting for you online. If you have already found an appealing design that does not meet all of your expectations in individual aspects, we are happy to take on such adjustments.
Plugins
If a special function is required in a WordPress installation that is not already available in the form of a generally accessible plugin, we can program a plugin tailored exactly to your needs.
